A favorite from W A Y back in my
wine drinking days, Conundrum
has been around since 1989.
Traditionally a combination of
Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay,
and Muscat Canelli, with a little
Viognier and Semillon thrown in
for good measure, this complex
white blend is big enough to handle
food excellently, yet light enough
to drink a second (or, ahem, a
third) glass and still find it
refreshing and enjoyable.  The fruit
is sourced from different vineyards
and appellations around
northern/central California based
on that year's growing season and
resulting fruit.  Thus, this wine
isn't for the terroir snobs - it's just a
great example of what a talented
winemaker can do year after year.
